Psychological safety & mental health

Psychological safety plays an important factor in how we experience belonging. When people feel psychologically safe, they identify as being part of a group, from the classroom to workplaces and out in community. They are encouraged to be creative and put forth ideas. They trust their team and feel safe asking questions. The mutual respect within the team enables knowledge sharing, learning, growth, and achieving outcomes together. It also creates an environment that supports mental health.
